Curtain and Blind Pricing Guide

What to expect for a standard window — plus examples from our showrooms

We’ve created this guide to help you understand what to expect when choosing handmade curtains or Roman blinds from our showrooms. While every project is different, this page gives a realistic sense of how fabric choice and window size affect the overall cost.

All our curtain and blind samples in-store are tagged with fabric pricing tiers and style icons, so it's easy to compare options at a glance.

Curtain Making Cost

Just £180 per width in Dartmouth, £205 in Richmond.

For a good-sized window (three widths), you’d typically be looking at around £540–£615 plus fabric, depending on your choice.

Price inclusive of premium lining and interlining.

How many widths do you need?

It depends on the style and look you want. As a rule of thumb it's 50-60cm of pole per width.

Large Roman Blind

This blind measures W135 x H207cm. The fabric was just wide enough to be made out of one drop. If wider, a second drop would have been needed, doubling the fabric required from 2.5m to 5m.

The curtains at the front of the window seat are 2 widths.
